Employment holds steady and unemployment rate declines in November

In December, employment changed very little in Québec (+8,500; +0.2%) and Canada (+10,700; +0.1% ). The unemployment rate decreased by 0.6 points in Québec (6.2%) due to the drop in the labour force (–20,300; –0.5 points); in Canada, the unemployment rate was 6.8% (–0.2 points).Continue reading...
