Interprovincial Comparisons


The statistics presented in the "Interprovincial Comparisons" section are the joint effort of the Institut de la statistique du Québec and the Secrétariat aux affaires intergouvernementales canadiennes. The various tables, updated on an ongoing basis, provide statistics on the provinces, the territories, and Canada on topics like population, immigration, Canadian francophonie, the economy and legislatures. Particular attention is given to demography, manpower, interprovincial and international trade, investment and public finance. Lastly, the main stakeholders in intergovernmental relations are also named.
