This annual bulletin contains all changes to Québec municipalities and territorial divisions for the period between January 1 and December 31, 2011. They include name changes, municipal status changes, local municipality incorporations, municipality regroupings, complete and partial annexations, and changes of affiliation from local municipality to regional county municipality. Changes to Québec’s territorial divisions are in the second part of the bulletin. Territorial divisions refer to Québec’s administrative divisions and Statistics Canada’s standard geographic areas.
