Produced from the data in the Enquête québécoise sur la satisfaction des usagers à l’égard des services de santé et des services sociaux (2006-2007), this bulletin analyzes the expectations of Quebecers. The authors first review the results of the general classification of expectations of all Québec users and then look at whether the expectations of users at risk of poor health differ from those of other users.
