Rapport d’enquête takes a look at the R&D behaviour of enterprises that devote modest sums to R&D, i.e. between 10,000 and 250,000 thousand dollars annually. The statistical information is on four subjects: the profile of small research and development performers, the “how” and “why” of their R&D activities, the funding of those activities and, lastly, the benefits of the innovation project carried out (product or process).
