2. A regular drinker is defined as an individual who has consumed alcohol at least once a month whereas an occasional drinker is someone who has consumed alcohol less than once a month.
3. The 95% confidence interval (CI) indicates the limits around a sample estimate in which the true population value is expected to fall, 19 out of 20 times. When confidence intervals overlap, the difference is not considered statistically significant.
