1. Geographic boundary and name in force as at July 1, 2017. The geographical version of RCMs includes RCMs in the legal sense and RCM equivalent territories (ET), as well as aboriginal communities and northern villages located within the perimeter of RCMs or that constitute ETs.
2. For RCMs, it refers to in-migrants and out-migrants from or destined to any other RCMs, including those belonging to the same region. The sum of a region's RCMs is always higher than the regional result. The difference between the two corresponds to movements between RCMs of this region.
