Other performances are not considered to be "paying" if the admission fee consists of a passport or badge valid for the entire duration of a festival or event, or if the admission fee is a cover charge.
2. Performing arts include theatre, dance, music, song and variety shows.
3. Proportion of spectators in relation to the number of tickets available.
