1. Since April 1, 2015, following the implementation of the Act to modify the organization and governance of the health and social services network, in particular by abolishing the regional agencies, the data held by two health and social service centres (CSSS) in Montérégie (CSSS La Pommeraie and CSSS de la Haute-Yamaska) have been integrated into the Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux de l'Estrie – Centre hospitalier de Sherbrooke (CIUSSS de l'Estrie – CHUS) and are presented with the data for the Estrie health region. For a complete list of the municipalities affected by these changes.
