Devoted to the regional data from the Survey on Client Satisfaction with Regards to Health and Social Services in Québec, 2006-2007, this second statistical compendium provides a detailed profile of user satisfaction according to reference consultation site. User expectations are then presented through a classification by order of importance. The presentation of the regional statistics ends with data from a joint analysis of satisfaction and expectations. Funded by the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec and Québec’s health and social services agencies, the survey made it possible to gather the viewpoints of 38 000 respondents in 16 health and social services regions.
