This study looks at the evolution of the employment quality of older workers, i.e. those aged between 50 and 64. The study comprises four sections. The first section deals with the importance of studying the employment quality of older workers. And the second one broaches the subject of changes in the participation of older workers during the 1997-2010 period, for which we have employment quality data. The third chapter succinctly outlines how employment quality is measured and the fourth chapter presents an analysis of the findings. Taking into account data quality, the results are broken down by age subgroup, education level, duration of employment, public/private sector, union coverage, and establishment size.
