Summary of responsibilities

The Secretarial staff performs various administrative tasks and provides support to managerial and professional personnel. Main duties: greets visitors and directs them appropriately, provides information over the telephone, opens and screens correspondence, produces documents, paying particular attention to grammar and spelling, schedules meetings and issues reminders to participants.

Education requirement

Secondary School Diploma or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) and training from a private secretarial school, or Diploma of College Studies (DEC) with a specialization in secretarial studies or office system technology
