La rémunération variable. Fréquences et caractéristiques selon les secteurs

For the first time the Institut presents an analysis related to variable pay in the sectors of labour market excluding employees of the Québec government, i.e.:

  • other Québec employees;
  • the private, private unionized and private non-unionized sectors;
  • the "other public" sector.

Data on the presence of variable pay plans according to various occupational categories of the market are presented. It is about executives, foremen, professionals, technicians, as well as office, maintenance and service, production and sales employees.

The results contained in this report will allow the various participants of the labour world to appreciate the extent of variable pay within the various Québec organizations and thus to perfect their knowledge on the question.
